Cooking Class: a journey through the cuisine of Bari

A practical experience thought for food-lovers, that gives them the opportunity to explore Bari's cuisine through the making of home-made pasta, panzerotti, and local desserts. All, in a beautiful apartment in the old town. During the class, a chef will illustrate how to make the most authentic recipes from Bari using the right tools and ingredients. Afterwards, the prepared dishes will be tasted, alongside with a selection of typical products, beers, and local wines.
